Are you experienced in developing and delivering Corporate Volunteering programmes in a large organisation?
It is an exciting time to join the Alzheimer’s Society with a real opportunity to maximise the potential of Corporate Volunteering to meet the needs of the organisation and its partners.
Using a business partnering approach, the Corporate Volunteering Manager will work with the Volunteering and Corporate Partnerships teams to lead the design and delivery of our work around Corporate Volunteering, providing expert advice and support to a range of stakeholders across the Society and from our partners.
The post holder will lead on planning and prioritising the Corporate Volunteering agenda – developing and maintaining our Corporate Volunteering opportunities, leading the implementation of a skills-based project pipeline across the Society, and building the narrative around the benefits Corporate Volunteering can bring.

About you
  • You have experience in developing and delivering successful Corporate Volunteering programmes.
  • You have a proven ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, vital for collaborating on opportunities with partners.  
  • Use excellent communication skills to influence and provide advice and guidance to a range of stakeholders.
  • Think strategically to develop plans and objectives that consider the needs of the Alzheimer’s Society and partner organisations and measure our work based on these.
  • Use evidence and data to monitor and evaluate the Corporate Volunteering programme to ensure it is having the impact required.
  • Understand how to research, pilot, and evaluate the testing of new opportunities.
Person Specification
  • Excellent and professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Work collaboratively and be able to prioritise your workload effectively.
  • Strong analytical and interpretation skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and great attention to detail.
  • Advocate for Alzheimer’s Society, demonstrating passion and resilience to make a difference.
  • Be a self-starter and incredibly motivated.
