Corporate/Commercial Paralegal

An established and highly regarded Commercial Law firm with offices across the North West are recruiting for a Corporate/Commercial Paralegal to join their Corporate/ Commercial team at their office in Liverpool city centre.
This is fantastic opportunity to be part of a reputable team working on a varied case load of Corporate and Commercial matters. You will be working directly for a long serving Partner with clients ranging from large institutions to owner managed businesses.
The Role:
You will be assisting with a mixed case load of Corporate/Commercial law matters to include Sales, Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Finance, Commercial and Contract Law, Intellectual Property and many other matters. You will be working alongside an experienced and supportive team and will really have a chance to expand your knowledge and develop your career further.
The Ideal Candidate:
It is essential that you have a minimum of 6 months previous Paralegal/ Legal Assistant experience within Company/ Commercial Law.
You will ideally have completed the LPC with an elective in Corporate/ Commercial subjects.
Well organised, good attention to detail, excellent work ethos.
Able to work individually and as part of a team.
Salary and Benefits:
Salary is in the region of 22,000 - 28,000, depending on experience.
