Head Office in DorchesterOur Client is developing their construction company and have a number of holiday parks they are looking to build.This role is ideally suited to a person who has construction knowledge and experience to be able to accurately record the costs in a construction app. Then maintain costs and asset register in Xero accounts programme.Accounting knowledge experience required too.Take data from schedule of works (excel based) and input to construction programme. (Procore - training will be provided on its use)Input budgets within construction programmeCheck contractor certificates against the budgeted costs and update progress in construction programme.Input contractor invoices to accounting system (Xero) and allocate costs to appropriate codes for costing and tax classification purposes.Follow up discrepancies.Produce regular and ad hoc reports.Liaise wit...
