SalaryAs a Costa Barista Supervisor at Sodexo in Doncaster Royal Infirmary, you are a master multitasker and a quality-of-life improver. What you’ll do:
- Lead and coordinate activities of maintenance workers or service employees
- Perform regular Barista duties and be a valued member of the team when needed, this includes preparing and serving fresh, hot beverages from our Costa outlet
- Monitor employee productivity and provides suggestions for increased service or productivity
- Coordinate routine responsibilities and assign specific work or functional activities
- Responsible for orientation and training of employees
- Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution
What you bring:
- Previous supervisory experience
- Barista experience
- Positive attitude and the ability to communicate with co-workers and other departments with professional and respect
- Provide clear directions and respond accordingly to employees
- Willingness to be open to learning and growing
