Our client specialises in managing a predominant claimant case load, demonstrating expertise in navigating the intricacies of Serious Injury Costs Cases.
In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including crafting Bills, Budgets, Replies, engaging in Negotiations, and potentially participating in Advocacy. The scope of responsibilities is tailored to individual skill sets and experience.
To thrive in this position, candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in law costs. The role demands versatility in dealing with either claimant or defendant costs and proficiency in managing a civil costs caseload.
