Form of workA close-knit Wirral based law firm are currently looking to recruit an in-house Costs Draftsperson to work on low value Personal Injury cases.
This is a new position within the business, the firm currently outsource their costs services however they are now keen to welcome an experienced Costs Draftsperson to work inhouse.
**You must have previous law costs experience and be confident working as a sole Law Costs Draftsperson**
This role is fully office based.
Duties to include
Drafting of bills of costs
Drafting Estimates of Costs
Preparing Points of Dispute/Replies
Negotiating costs generally with own case load
Provide costs advice/guidance to fee earners as and when required
