Intermediate Certificate (or equivalent) in counselling from a recognised awarding body.Current Accreditation with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP); or the United Kingdom Council of Psychotherapists (UKCP); or the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapists (BABCP).1 years' experience gained in the last 5 years of supervised counselling practice in Adult Mental Health setting.Presentation skills.Candidates must be able to demonstrate experience in planning and organising and effective communication. Applicants must have a valid driving licence and a car available for official business use, or access to a form of personal transport that will enable you to meet the requirements of the post in full. IT literate specifically in the use of the Microsoft Office suite (including MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and MS Outlook). , Advanced Certificate/Diploma (or equivalent) in counselling from a recognised awarding body.Previous experience providing counselling within an Occupational Health setting.
