Keighley College are looking for a highly motivated Electrical Course Leader who will be responsible for a growing number of Electrical Installation students, and apprentices covering Levels 1 to 3 across a range of full and part time study programmes.

What You Will Do
- You will be responsible for the retention, achievement, and positive progression rates for identified courses in your Course Leader area
- Provide high quality and effective planning and delivery across the course team
- Deliver and assess essential knowledge and understanding to learners ensuring successful outcomes
- Hold a minimum of a Level 3 or specialist qualification in the curriculum specialist subject area
- Have a Level 5 Teaching Qualification or a willingness to work towards
- Knowledge and experience within the curriculum area
- Previous experience of managing student and group progression, providing advice and guidance in a learning environment
- .Experience of developing creative learning materials for learners
- Ability to plan and deliver quality teaching
