Your new role
The firm is going through an exciting time of growth and, subsequently, is seeking two new caseworkers to join the Court of Protection team. This role will see you working closely with a range of clients. This role will see you working closely with clients on a range of practical and financial matters.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge and understanding of Court of protection law and be keen to secure a position that will see you managing a range of matters. Previous paralegal or caseworker experience would be advantageous. However, the client will consider entry level candidates that have a strong academic background and specific electives such as Court of protection/ private client.
