Court of Protection Costs Specialist

We are currently working with Costs Consultancy who are looking to recruit Court of Protection Costs specialist within their Doncaster. The firm offers excellent training and the remote can also be fully remote for the right candidate.
 
The role will involve working on costs recovery, appeals, assessment assistance and all matters. You will be responsible for the drafting of bills of costs arising from proceedings within the Court of Protection and to prepare and submit claims for costs for assessment and payment.
 
The ideal candidate will have experience either in house or for an external costs supplier and has knowledge of legal procedures within the Court of Protection sector. You will have experience of dealing with a Costs caseload which involves drafting bills of costs, costs schedules and preparing budgets. You also will have experience of negotiating cases through settlement.
 
The role offers a competitive salary dependent on experience, and offers fully remote working for the right individual.
