We are instructed by a national firm that is seeking to recruit a junior lawyer for its Court of Protection team based in Basingstoke. This role is suitable for lawyers with up to two years' PQE.
This Court of Protection team is highly ranked by the Legal 500 and acts for individuals, families, carers, trustees and beneficiaries on a range of issues arising from catastrophic personal injury, including serious brain injury with high value compensation awards.
We are seeking applications from solicitors who have up to two years' PQE in Court of Protection work. Newly qualified lawyers are invited to apply, however, NQs MUST have completed a seat in Court of Protection.
This is a permanent, full-time role.
