Residential Property Legal Executive Paralegal – Our client, a small but busy legal practice, located on the Kent/ Surrey border, is now in need of a Residential Property Paralegal to join their expanding team.
About the Role  
Due to a busy property department, they are interested in seeing he CV’s of a capable and willing to learn Legal Executive’s or Paralegals. You will be covering the full remit of property case handling matters, managing files from initial instruction to completion and post completion.  
Candidate Requirements
They require an individual with a least 12 months previous experience within a busy property team in private practice. You will need to have a dynamic approach, logical prioritisation, organisational skills and a good team ethos to become part of an efficient team.
