Utilising your exceptional organisation and time management skills as well as previous experience working within law, specifically audio dictation, you will work independently to a high degree and complete a varied range of Paralegal and Legal Secretary responsibilities. Whatever your background, we would like to hear from YOU! Responsibilities:
- Supporting 4 partners alongside another secretary
- Audio dictation
- Arranging meetings
- Speaking to new clients
- Prepare bundles
- Drafting documents
- As well as other duties as and when required
