Reed Business Support are currently working exclusively with a national brand for our Bromley based client in securing them a Litigation Paralegal role.
The ideal Litigation Paralegal will be someone with experience working in Insurance claims, or a Law graduate looking for their first role in a Law firm. Duties are as below:
Litigation Paralegal duties:
- Preparing evidence for hearings and witness statements.
- Responsible for proactively managing a portfolio of cases suitable for litigation through to settlement, working on behalf of insurance companies handling claims.
- Running cases pre-litigation through to settlement by obtaining relevant evidence to support liability and quantum.
- Ensuring that you review and reply to all correspondence and emails within service level agreements, keeping clients regularly updated.
- Instructing Barristers/Counsel to attend hearings, whilst complying with all court directions and deadlines.

Hours for the role are 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday with an hour for lunch. (One hour lunch break)
