Senior Housing Solicitor - TOP 100 FIRM - Kent/Hybrid An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Housing Solicitor to join my clients prestigious top 100 law firm in Kent. As a key member of the dynamic team, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing expert legal advice and representation in the field of housing law. Responsibilities: * Manage a caseload of complex housing matters, including possession claims, disrepair cases, and homelessness appeals. * Provide strategic legal advice to clients, ensuring the highest standards of service and client care. * Conduct legal research and stay abreast of developments in housing law to inform and enhance legal strategies. * Represent clients in court proceedings and dispute resolution forums with a focus on achieving favourable outcomes. * Mentor and support junior members of the team, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment. Requirements: * Qualified solicitor with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience in housing law. * Proven track record of handling a diverse caseload of housing matters with a high level of competence. * Strong advocacy and negotiation skills, coupled with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and concisely. * Extensive knowledge of current housing legislation and case law. * Exceptional client management skills with a client-focused approach.
