As a key member of the dynamic team, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing expert legal advice and representation in the field of housing law. Responsibilities: * Manage a caseload of complex housing matters, including possession claims, disrepair cases, and homelessness appeals. * Provide strategic legal advice to clients, ensuring the highest standards of service and client care. * Conduct legal research and stay abreast of developments in housing law to inform and enhance legal strategies. * Represent clients in court proceedings and dispute resolution forums with a focus on achieving favourable outcomes. * Mentor and support junior members of the team, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
