Salary Job Title: Cover Supervisor
Cover Supervisors are unqualified teachers or graduates who are used to cover absences both short and long term of their full-time staff. These roles involve managing behaviour, ensuring work is completed and supporting other staff. These are excellent opportunities to gain experience in schools crucial for pursuing a career in teaching. Many of our Cover Supervisors have gone on to train as teachers, we will support you every step of the way through providing references and honest feedback throughout your Smile journey.

You will be educated to a high level with experience working within schools or with children / young people this could include schools, play schemes, nursery, sports coaching, drama workshops etc. You will have a passion for education and relate well to young people. These are excellent opportunities for varied and challenging work, preparing you for further teacher training.
We also have full time roles available in schools within intervention and small group work.
Smile are currently conducting online registrations, giving you the opportunity to have a much more in-depth discussion with your consultant.
