Your primary responsibilities will include managing the classroom environment, ensuring students remain focused on assigned tasks, maintaining discipline, addressing inquiries, and handling any immediate issues in line with school policies and procedures. Qualifications and Requirements:
- Recent experience within an educational setting
- Degree-level qualification
- Flexibility and quick thinking
- Strong behaviour management abilities
- Adaptability, confidence, and passion for education
- Comprehensive CV detailing the last 10 years of employment history with explanations for any breaks
- Compliance with Enhanced DBS Disclosure, professional reference checks, and Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable)
- Legal right to work in the UK
- Willingness to attend a face-to-face registration interview
