Dunbar Education is seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor for day-to-day supply work in Wolverhampton. This is a fantastic opportunity to support students' learning and development.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining educational continuity in the absence of regular teachers.

Your Responsibilities:

• Supervising classes and ensuring students remain on task with the work set by the absent teacher.
• Managing classroom behavior and maintaining a positive learning environment.
• Providing support and guidance to students as needed.
• Upholding the school's policies and procedures.

Requirements for this role include:

• Degree level qualification
• Strong subject knowledge in the specialism you will be teaching
• Experience working with secondary school students is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing situations.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to supporting student learning.
