Responsibilities of the Cover Supervisor:
- Supervise and manage students in the absence of regular teachers.
- Deliver pre-prepared lessons and ensure a positive learning atmosphere.
- Manage classroom behaviour and encourage student engagement.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to maintain continuity in students' education.
- Provide support to students in their learning activities.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with students, preferably in an educational setting.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage a classroom and create a positive learning environment.
- A willingness to follow and deliver pre-prepared lesson plans.
- A genuine interest in contributing to students' educational development.
