Position: Experienced Cover Supervisor

Location: West Bridgeford

Responsibilities: As an Experienced Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining a positive and productive learning environment at our partner school in Bottesford. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering pre-prepared lessons and ensuring a smooth flow of classroom activities in the absence of regular teachers.
• Managing classroom behavior and engaging students in their learning.
• Upholding the school's values and policies while creating a supportive and inclusive atmosphere.
• Liaising with teaching staff and school management to ensure continuity of learning.
• Contributing to the overall school community and participating in school events.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor or Teacher is essential.
• Possession of a valid DBS on the Update Service or willingness to acquire one.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to various age groups and subjects.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for education and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
• A commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and ethics.
• A valid driver's license is desirable but not essential.
