Job Title: Cover Supervisor for Key Stage 3 and 4 (Day-to-Day)
Location: Nottingham

Responsibilities:
Classroom Management: Effectively manage classrooms in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring a positive and conducive learning environment.
Lesson Delivery: Facilitate pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure a smooth flow of learning activities.
Student Engagement: Engage with students, fostering a supportive and encouraging atmosphere to promote learning and development.
Behavior Management: Implement school policies for behavior management, promoting a respectful and inclusive atmosphere.
Flexibility: Be adaptable to a variety of subjects and year groups, providing cover as needed across Key Stage 3 and 4.
Communication: Maintain open communication with teaching staff to ensure a seamless transition and continuity in student learning.
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Experience working with secondary school students (Key Stage 3 and 4).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage a classroom effectively.
