Academics are recruiting on behalf of a successful Academy School in Portsmouth which has been graded 'Good' by OFTSED with 'Outstanding' features for their management and leadership.
The are looking for an experienced Cover Supervisor to join them ASAP on a full-time, on-going contract.
Your role as Cover Supervisor will be to cover lessons across the curriculum, across the year groups when the class teacher is absence due to sickness, planning time etc. The work is usually set. Your role will be to manage the behaviour in the classroom, following the school's behaviour policy and to keep the students engaged and on task.
