Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver pre-prepared lessons and maintain a positive learning environment in the absence of the regular teacher.
- Effectively manage classroom behavior and ensure a conducive atmosphere for learning.
- Support students with their learning by providing assistance and guidance.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure continuity in lesson plans.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
