At The Supply Room, we understand the importance of continuity in education and the need for dedicated Cover Supervisors. As a Cover Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to support student learning and maintain a positive and productive classroom environment.
No formal qualifications are required; however, a background in education and/or teaching experience is essential. Ideally, you would be familiar with the UK national curriculum, allowing you to provide effective support to students in their learning journey.
As a Cover Supervisor, your role will involve supervising classes in the absence of the teacher, ensuring students stay on task, and promoting a positive learning environment. You will follow pre-prepared lesson plans and help students with any questions or queries they may have. This is an excellent opportunity to gain first-hand experience in a classroom setting and make a positive impact on students' education.
The Supply Room offers competitive pay rates of £100-110 per day, reflecting your skills and experience. This is a temporary, long-term position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work in various secondary schools in Bristol. We urgently require Cover Supervisors, so there are immediate positions available for the right candidates.
