Cover Teacher

Role and Responsibilities:

I am working with many brilliant schools around Swindon who regularly find themselves needing support to help cover lessons throughout KS1 and KS2. This is a fantastic opportunity to get your foot in the door with a school and make a great impression that could lead to longer-term placements in the next academic year. At the same time, if you are just looking for some part-time work to see you out for the remainder of the year then this is a great option as well. Those who have a passion for engaging and inspiring pupils to enjoy learning whilst ensuring the student gets the knowledge and skills that they require to prosper through their educational journey will be a great fit.

Requirements:

A successful candidate will be degree educated and will hold Qualified Teacher Status. They must be able to commute to the Swindon area. Adaptability will be a key characteristic required due to the nature of the work as you may be covering different ages of children on each placement.
