Creative Account Manager
Salary: £45-49k depending on experience plus company benefits
Location: London, E14
Contract: Permanent, Full time
Hours/shift pattern: Mon-Fri, 8-hour shifts, Core working hours are any eight-hour shift between 08.00 and 18.00 work outside these core hours may be required- 30 minute unpaid break.
Work model: Currently hybrid model, two days in the office, three days at home. This role may require in future a full 5 day/week onsite requirement. Please only apply if this would be possible.

Purpose of the Role:
As the Creative Account Manager you will be working as part of an in-house global creative team, responsible for representing a department that delivers exceptional design content including; Motion Graphics, Web development, Audio, Photography, creative PowerPoint as well as contributing to strategic campaigns. Innovation is a key, with the client actively encouraging new ideas, software, and solutions.
We are looking for someone willing to put forward ideas and have a keen eye for detail. Ensuring that all work sent out is to the highest standard and within brand guidelines. The candidate should be an extremely organised and dedicated individual with strong communications skills.
You must have an understanding and passion for taking content and representing this in an impactful and engaging way across appropriate print and digital communication channels. The key to the role is the delivery of innovative and creative content execution across media with a consistent look and feel.
The work is very fast moving and often requires the application of judgement. You will be required to interpret numerous client instructions and translate those requirements into ‘branded’ concepts and final designs, which work in both the digital and print spaces.
Overall Aim of the Role:
The Creative Account Manager will be expected to work collaboratively alongside Designers, Workflow, Studio Manager, Global Creative Director and internal Clients. With a primary focus to manage complex cross platform projects and campaigns from brief to delivery, resourcing projects accordingly and keeping them on track. You will be proactive and not afraid to lead by example, inspiring and motivating the team to do their best work. Reporting into the Global Creative Director you will work closely with the local and global teams and co-ordinate with stakeholders whilst managing suppliers and partners as required; attend client briefings, producing timelines, estimates and proposals are all essential parts of the role.
You will be the trusted owner of client relationships for multiple projects. You will deliver the lifecycle of each of your projects: kick-off meetings; scoping; quotations, resourcing plans; stakeholder management to delivery. You will work closely with our studio to ensure we deliver high quality work on time and within budget reporting progress to AM.
Key Responsibilities:
To provide integrated creative solutions and campaigns that bring to life the content and ‘brand’ design.
  • Liaise with and present to client in a professional and helpful manner, proactively managing their expectations building trusted relationships
  • Support the business to manage and deliver Client work, right first time on time
  • Interpret and challenge the brief requirements, offering the best solution for clients
  • Take responsibility for escalating or resolving, as appropriate, any client issues, regularly communicating updates to the Studio Manager
  • Help deliver the best branded solutions to the Client and market
  • Proactively providing Clients outstanding printed and digital marketing collateral,
    in compliance with brand guidelines
  • Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts whilst working with the Global Creative Director
  • Working with design principles of animation and moving image
  • To use the workflow software and adapt to any existing procedures within the team
  • Provide technical input and advice on print and digital projects as required
  • Ability to write print specifications
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Quality checking and accuracy
Essential core skills required
  • Track record of Integrated Project Management experience
  • Skills in Adobe Creative Suite; Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premier Pro, After effects, Dreamweaver
  • Strong level of technical and integrated creative design knowledge
  • Strong time management skills, the ability to prioritise an often conflicting workload
  • Innovative with the ability to implement problem solving initiatives
  • A passion for all areas of creative and how they can be commercially applied
  • Experience working in a Creative Studio environment
  • Able to develop compelling concepts and offer innovative design solutions
  • within corporate design guidelines
  • Confidence to present and explain ideas to clients and colleagues
  • Ability to balance work on several projects at a time
  • Understand and anticipate clients’ needs and expectations
  • Innovative with the ability to implement problem solving initiatives
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise an often conflicting workload
  • Flexibility regarding working hours
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills
  • Experience managing print or digital projects
  • Working knowledge MS Office skills
Advantageous skills:
  • Formally design trained with a relevant qualification in graphic design or relevant industry experience
  • Knowledge of Adobe AEM Smart-forms
  • Photography or Videography knowledge
  • AR/VR knowledge
  • Voice Over
