We are seeking a Creative Arts & Media Technician to join our College to provide technical curriculum support to the Art and Design team, within our Creative Arts and Media division and participate in core team activities as and when required.
To apply for this role, you mut have a good general education and ideally a FE/HE qualification in an Art subject. You will carry out general maintenance of machinery and equipment including carrying out routine safety checks, some areas include the Kiln room, Fashion studio and Photography darkroom.
Knowledge of general art & design studio practices and the ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team is required. Excellent organisation and planning skills and IT skills are essential for this role.
The salary for this post is up to £22,006 pro rata.
