Creative Artworker/Graphic Designer

We are recruiting for a motivated, enthusiastic and creative Artworker/Graphic Designer with excellent communication skills that wants to become part of our ongoing success to complement our dedicated team.

This role requires you to support our team of Account Managers and Business Development Managers by co-ordinating all visuals and artworks we need to not only market our business but also to support our clients.

Using both your creative and logical thinking skills, you will be required to use Adobe Creative Suite to produce a wide range of visual assets in a fast moving environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• • Build a library of product templates for our most commonly used products to make producing visuals easier
  • Producing product visuals, conceptual ideas based on briefs given by Account Managers, complete with bespoke client branding on to meet their branding guidelines
  • Adhere to client branding guidelines to produce additional marketing materials as required
  • Adding text and additional assets based on briefs given
  • Making suggestions for additional designs based on print areas and artwork styles
  • Producing re-draws for clients
  • Setting artwork to match the visuals ready for order production
  • Updating the artwork log to record activity
  • Design infographics as required for the business i.e. corporate literature, blogs, bespoke pages etc
  • Design case studies and ideas lists using in-house styling and in accordance with brand guidelines
  • Work within branding guidelines set to produce artwork from merchandise for Allwag Promotions
  • Designing new artwork based on client briefs
  • Designing visuals used for presentations & tenders as per briefs

Marketing/support as needed

• Design slide deck banners for websites for homepage, special offers, new products and best sellers
• Support design and graphics for blogs with relevant themes, new products and best sellers as well as bespoke/landing pages and case studies/recent projects for website
• Create briefed images for social media

Our offices are in Hatfield Peverel although our Graphic Design team are based at our Warehouse in Witham.

Our working hours are 8.30a.m.-5.30p.m. Monday to Thursday with Friday.as our work from home day to start the weekend with a bang!

• Practical application to make sure what is produced is viable
• Able to prioritise multiple projects and deadlines, whilst maintaining a calm attitude.
• Enthusiasm, energy, determination & patience
• Work efficiently with good attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills to deal with both Account Managers and Clients to explain artwork issues
• Intermediate level at Adobe Illutrtor and Photoshop
