What you’ll be doing;

• Assisting and working closely on projects with the Creative Lead.
• Supporting the artwork for the proposals and bids to deliver high-quality submissions.

Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the accuracy of information.

• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline proposal development.
• Proven skills in typography, layout, composition, colour theory, information design, and technical diagram creation.
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure, with exceptional attention to detail and artwork consistency.
• Good at prioritising work in a busy creative environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Keeping abreast of group brand updates and ensuring our creative is on-brand
• Upskilling to meet the expanding needs of the creative team
• Responsible for following PDP plans to self develop marketing skills
• Follow the strict internal processes for creative projects.
• Responsible for keeping up to date with the latest creative and design campaigns
• Must be creative with an eye for detail and brave enough to try new things.
• Knowledge and some experience with software such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite are a must.

• Degree or equivalent in art and design
• Small amount of creative experience required
• Proactive with upskilling and staying on top of marketing trends
• Eager to share ideas and develop visions for the team
