What you’ll be doing;
- Assisting and working closely on projects with the Creative Lead.
- Supporting the artwork for the proposals and bids to deliver high-quality submissions.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the accuracy of information.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline proposal development.
- Proven skills in typography, layout, composition, colour theory, information design, and technical diagram creation.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure, with exceptional attention to detail and artwork consistency.
- Good at prioritising work in a busy creative environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Keeping abreast of group brand updates and ensuring our creative is on-brand
- Upskilling to meet the expanding needs of the creative team
- Responsible for following PDP plans to self develop marketing skills
- Follow the strict internal processes for creative projects.
- Responsible for keeping up to date with the latest creative and design campaigns
- Must be creative with an eye for detail and brave enough to try new things.
- Knowledge and some experience with software such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite are a must.

- Degree or equivalent in art and design
- Small amount of creative experience required
- Proactive with upskilling and staying on top of marketing trends
- Eager to share ideas and develop visions for the team
