As a Multi-Channel Marketer Apprentice, you help with planning, creating, and implementing, impactful marketing campaigns.
The job will have a key focus on the jewellery and watches and the retail of jewellery/watches in store and via Social Media and website etc.
Multi-Channel Marketers will sit within a specific company/ agency, marketing deliverables & advice to external clients, or within an internal marketing team, delivering marketing activities to drive that business.
As part of the Marketing team, the multi-channel marketers will contribute to the implementation of the Marketing strategy and plans. They will be responsible for delivering day-to-day marketing activities across a multitude of platforms, channels and systems that are essential to the Marketing function and activities of the company.
As well as a range of administrative support where required.
- Day to day admin tasks to support the daily running of the office.
- Answering calls and directing to the relevant staff.
- Responding to customer enquiries via telephone and email.
- Supporting the team within the department.
- To carry out any other duties and responsibilities within his/her capabilities as reasonably directed by the line manager.
Maths and English GCSE or Equivalent - Grade C/4 and above.
Training to be provided
You will be completing the Level 3 Multi-channel Marketer Apprenticeship
(N.B. Formally Digital Marketer Level 3. As of Dec 2023, Digital Marketer has been updated to Multi-Channel Marketer. This new standard expands on the curriculum and provides learning on all aspects of marketing instead of solely focusing on digital marketing.)
As a Multi-Channel Marketer Apprentice, you help with planning, creating and implementing, impactful marketing campaigns across digital platforms. For the Multi-Channel Marketer apprenticeship, there is an end point assessment. This is done in the final part of the apprenticeship and is how the apprentice is judged on their learning and will include:
- Producing a written Report
- Portfolio of evidence based work
- Presentation and Q&A
- Professional Discussion based on Portfolio

Hours per week 40
Working week Monday to Friday 8.45 to 16.45. There will be Saturday work as well but you will get a day in lieu.
