Overview
Due to the addition of several new contracts with wealth managers and the largest mortgage network in the UK we have seen a substantial increase in the volume of high-net worth quality enquiries. As a result, we require more skilled advisors to handle this market leading, quality business with higher-than-average conversion and commission rates.
We fully acknowledge that without the right people and the ‘human touch’ of our passionate, energetic, and professional team, our customer-centric business does not exist.
Essential Insurance is a fast-paced, dynamic environment where our people are rewarded for team collaboration and their individual contributions and work life balance is important - that’s why the latest we expect you to work until is 7.30pm Monday to Thursday, and the latest anyone works until on a Friday is 2.30pm - ensuring that every week our staff have an extended weekend to spend with their loved ones.
We offer a generous holiday package of 30 days per year, increasing to 35 days for longer serving staff.

As one of the largest and fastest growing award-winning financial services businesses in Manchester we are looking to add to our team of nearly 100 staff to enable us to service our new enquiries.
The Role
All enquires are customer initiated (prospects are actively seeking to speak to an advisor about Life Insurance) and have either enquired directly online to us or been referred to us through one of our partners who are wealth managers and mortgage brokers.
From receiving the initial enquiry, that is passed to you from our dedicated customer contact agents, you will conduct a fact find and offer advice to clients - converting the enquiries to policies over the phone.
You will need good time management skills and a consultative approach, whilst providing every client with an exceptional level of customer service and ensuring all relevant documentation is completed appropriately.
We have a dedicated team of admins and customer care staff to support you in this and you will be supported by your experienced team leader.
