- Salary £30,000 -£35,000 Basic , OTE £75,000

The business was set up in 2010, specialising in Financial Service. Lending, Protection & General Insurance; offering a holistic approach to their customers. The business is directly authorised, has a strong panel of insurers and great plans for 2024.

They are looking for a new Protection Advisor to join their small team, someone who is self-motivated, professional that does not require man management. Daily/Weekly meetings will take place & support is always available.

What you’ll be doing:

• You will receive circa 8-10 inbound web enquires per day (all Google).
• Following the business process, you will complete a fact find with your customer to understand their needs before presenting your recommendation of the required product/s. Your responsibilities will include:
• Providing quality advice with every fact find, making sure you have everything documented in our CRM.
• Managing your time effectively is key.
• Ensuring that FCA and internal regulatory standards for advice provision are met.

What they’re looking for:

• 2 years’ experience in Financial Services.
• A great communicator with a professional telephone manner.
• A highly motivated individual with a drive to deliver sales targets and outstanding customer outcomes.
• The ability to build great rapport with clients through a consultative approach.

What they’ll do for you:

• Provide full training and support for the role to ensure you have the knowledge and tools to achieve.
• Ensure you are kept up to date with any product or regulatory changes.
• Continue to develop your skills.
• Invest in you to help further your career in the sector (CII qualifications, CMAP etc).

Working Hours:

Monday – Thursday 09:30 – 18:30 Friday 09:30 – 15:00 ( short day on a Friday )
