Main Duties
During this internship, the successful applicant will be expected to perform the following duties:
- Day to day adhoc office tasks (i.e collecting post, coffee runs etc)
- Production Database administration – updating including supplier and inventory assets
- Record meetings and share final notes
- Creative research on various topics pertaining to upcoming projects
- Represent Kennedy during live events (UK only)

This internship is geared towards students and recent graduates looking to gain experience in a creative, experiential events agency. Kennedy has been consulting leading brands and institutions on global communications projects for over twenty five years. Our design and production expertise is combined with a holistic consultancy offering that encompasses all the key ingredients of experience creation, execution and exploitation. Successful applicants will learn about project development, creative management and execution across various events during their internship. They will have opportunities to contribute to creative concepts with research on fashion, culture and music, as well as shadow key members of the Kennedy team on project realisation and perform day to day office duties.
