Job Description
A natural storyteller you'll lead the visual narrative and build out your creative concepts and ideas effectively to secure buy in from our stakeholders and customers. You'll be confident to tailor your ideas to suit the various media, industries, campaigns and offerings you'll be designing for and to ensure the creative production team have a secure brief to ensure the integrity of all design solutions.
The role will be an integral part at almost every stage in our creative process, from taking the brief, brain-storming and concept definition to production and initial proofing. You will have daily interactions with global teams and customers and will coach and manage end to end creative production using globally distributed teams. This role will require 'hands-on' design to model good practice and to get deliveries over the line.
The role holder will:
- Work with marketing professionals, creatives, partner agencies, to develop content from concept to customer
- Set creative direction and assure the quality of production
- Develop and implement concepts for creative campaigns and oversee to completion
- Lead team brainstorming sessions
- Nurture talent and professional development of the creative teams
- Ensure work is high-quality and impactful

Essential Skills
- Strong creative background and experience
- High degree of literacy - English native level skills required
- Agency discipline of time management
- Excellent eye for detail.
- Advanced level skills in Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe Creative Suite and applications. You are confident, proficient and fast in the use of software
- An exceptional portfolio of creative work
- Proven experience of leading creative team(s)
- Multi-skilled in content creation, digital design and branding
