We are looking for a bright individual with a degree in Graphic Design or similar to join our fantastic client based in Windsor. You will support in creating on brand collateral to support bids and tenders and also support with the creation of broader marketing content. Experience with Adobe Creative suite is a essiential.
£28,000 - £32,000 per annum plus excellent benefits
25 days' holiday plus Bank Holidays
8am - 5pm or 8.30am - 5.30pm (office-based)
Key Responsibilities
- Creating pitch, bid, submission and pre-qualification collateral
- Creating collateral to support the sales cycle and creating
- marketing content to support the broader marketing function
- Working closely with Project Directors to develop compelling bid documents, tender submissions, PQQs and presentations for pitches
- Reviewing and editing content to ensure accuracy and clarity. Check for correct use of grammar, spelling and formatting
- Participating in kick-offs, storyboarding, draft reviews, workshops, run throughs and presentation prep as needed
- Actively contribute creative ideas to enhance bid documents
Key skills:
- Educated to Degree level in Graphic Design
- Experienced in Adobe InDesign and broad experience in the Adobe suite
- IT literate - Microsoft 365
- Experience working on submissions, bids and/or pitch documents would be advantageous
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent copy editing skills, proofing skills and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organised, able to work across multiple projects at the same time
