Your new role
As a Creative Designer, you'll cover a wide range of disciplines. Your responsibilities will include researching, producing, and presenting high-quality concept designs for the Health & Beauty category. You'll take projects from idea conception to print-ready artwork, collaborating with key stakeholders such as Account Managers, Product Developers, and Technical Managers. Adhering to style guides and contributing to in-house designs will be essential.
What you'll need to succeed
- Excellent creative thinking and design skills
- Strong strategic understanding and ability
- A keen interest in the Health & Beauty industry and current and upcoming trends
- A creative insight into product, packaging, and brand design
- Ability to take ownership of projects from idea conception to artwork delivery
- Express ideas with clarity, confidence, and logical reasoning
- Work proactively and independently, and as part of a team.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and multitask
- Relevant design-based qualification
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop essential
- Wider Adobe Creative Suite skills are desirable

- Up to £32,000 salary
