Our client has seen a large level of success in a relatively short time, with over a million downloads of its platform. There is so much scope for growth and they are currently expanding the quantity and diversity of content for their new platform and building out the tools for user generated content.

The Role:
We are looking for a passionate individual with the ability to lead and inspire the creative team. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of their content is elevated and aligns well with the overall strategy and direction of the business to which you will contribute to. Your priority will be to drive high standards of content that audiences will love and support the team to develop and grow.
About You:
- Natural talent for story, dialogue and audio/video content
- Experience managing creative teams in a storytelling environment
- Ability to elevate content quality
- Excited about creative management and nurturing creative talent
- Works well in a start-up setting
- Interested in interactive fiction and narrative games
- Experience of performance metrics for content improvement and strategic planning
- Knowledge or experience with software development, app development and/or games making
Salary / Benefits include:
