Our client is seeking an Employment Tax Director to lead their expanding UK Employment Tax division within the Human Capital Team. You will have the opportunity to work with diverse clients across various sectors, leveraging a global network.
About the Role: In this position, you will drive the growth of the Employment Tax service line. You’ll be responsible for delivering high-impact tax projects, managing client relationships, and leading your team.
The team specialises in various crucial aspects of Employment Tax, including: PAYE risk assessments, CIS, Employment Tax due diligence, managing P11Ds and PAYE Settlement Agreements, advising on expense policies, strategic planning around remuneration, salary sacrifice, and benefits, addressing employment status issues including IR35 and agency regulations, handling HMRC disclosures and inquiries, and providing advice on National Insurance Contributions (NIC).
Your main focus:

• Lead and expand the Employment Tax offering.
• Collaborate across departments to integrate and streamline tax solutions.
• Engage in business development, from identifying opportunities to crafting proposals and engaging in networking events.
• Contribute thought leadership through articles and presentations, enhancing the firm's visibility and thought leadership in the market.
