Working Pattern: Full-time Monday to Friday (Term Time Only + 6 weeks) In this exciting role, you'll be the frontline representative of our Creative Media Service, providing outstanding support to staff & students. You will be passionate about providing a first-class service that you are proud to represent and advise our customers of. What You’ll Do: Be the friendly face of our helpdesk, handling in-person and online enquiries with a patient & helpful attitude Ensure the smooth operation of our equipment booking system, issuing and returning equipment with meticulous attention to detail Process studio bookings efficiently, confirming, denying, and allocating them to team members for inductions Assist with stock management and termly audits, ensuring we have the resources to support our creative community You will look to make a real impact on the learning experience of our customers, providing them with the tools & support they need to succeed and enjoy an encouraging and collaborative work environment, where your ideas are valued and your contributions are celebrated. This role will help you develop your technical expertise and customer service skills, gaining valuable experience that will open doors to future opportunities. We are looking for someone with a meticulous approach to detail, ensuring accuracy and organisation in all aspects of your work. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to optimally interact with a diverse range of individuals is essential, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
