The role
Our Creative Projects Lead will plan and project manage all creative jobs in progress for their brands, working on several projects simultaneously, ensuring work is delivered on time and error free.

What will you do as a Creative Project Lead at N Brown?
A passion for planning, project management and problem solving.
Motivated by delivering projects in a smooth, accurate and efficient way.
Strong organisational skills and great attention to detail.
Experience in a role of a similar nature, which could be in-house or agency, is desirable.
Team player, able to communicate confidently.
Able to demonstrate a positive can-do approach even during challenging times.
IT literate, able to learn fast and try new software as it emerges.
The desire to work in a friendly, talented creative team.
What skills and experience will you have?
Motivated by delivering best in class and brand building creative.
Experience in high level production for 5 years+.
Comfortable working within high pressure environment without compromising quality.
Calm under pressure and able to instill conifedence in all around them.
Strong organisational skills and great attention to detail.
Team player, able to communicate confidently.
Acts independently and uses iniative to solve problems.
Clear understanding of all technical/operational aspects of production in order to act independently
Able to demonstrate a positive can-do approach even during challenging times.
