Are you passionate about sparking creativity in young minds? We are looking for a Creative Teacher to bring innovative ideas to our classrooms. The ideal candidate will be able to deliver elements of Design & Technology, Art and/or Music.
The ideal candidate will be able to deliver elements of Design & Technology, Art and Music. You will design engaging lessons, utilise cutting-edge technology, and create an inclusive environment where every student can thrive.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Relevant Teaching Qualification in Education
- Previous experience working with young people with additional SEN needs is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and families.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting the learning and development of students with diverse needs.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to respond to changing priorities and support the individual needs of students.
- Experience of teaching Design & Technology, Art or Music
- A commitment to promoting inclusion, equality, and diversity within the school community.
- A willingness to participate in training and professional development opportunities related to SEN provision and best practices.
- Experience with creative teaching methods
- Strong communication skills
