Key Responsibilities:
- Review and assess credit applications from clients.
- Monitor and maintain credit limits for existing accounts.
- Handle customer queries and concerns related to credit accounts.
- Generate and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any billing discrepancies.
- Maintain organised and up-to-date records of credit transactions.
- Prepare reports on credit-related activities as required.
- Collaborate with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication regarding credit matters.
- Provide regular updates on outstanding invoices and payment statuses.
- Ensure compliance with company credit policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of credit management processes.
Profile
The Successful Candidate Requires:
- Previous experience in Credit Administration or a related field is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of credit management software is a plus.
