Credit Administrator

The Role
The Credit Control Administrator role is varied; you would spend half of the month supporting the Credit Team with reporting and administrative duties and half of the month learning how to perform the Credit Control role yourself (full training given).
Credit Admin:
For this part of the role you need razor sharp focus and excellent excel skills which must include v look ups and pivot tables. You would prepare reporting on excel that is then sent on to clients.
You would also support the team by taking calls and helping with queries.
Credit Control:
The other two weeks present the opportunity to learn how to be a Credit Controller. Your would make contact with large customers whose invoices are overdue for payment and resolve any queries that are preventing payment from being made. This contact is mainly made on email, though there will also be times that calling may be the best way to contact your customers.
What are we looking for?
It is vital that you can do pivot tables and v-look ups
Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written are essential.
Some office-based experience.
Your attitude is everything. This company is willing to invest in you and you should be a hard-working and passionate individual.
This is a busy role, you should be able to work under pressure.
This role sits in a team of Credit Controllers, you should be happy amongst others and to be office based all week.
Good problem solving skills would help you in this role.
