Credit Control Administrator

Are you a skilled Credit Controller Administrator?  We have an exciting temporary opportunity available for a talented individual with a well know business in Peterborough. This is a temporary to possible permanent after 12 weeks.
Your new role

• Conduct thorough credit assessments and ensure compliance with credit policies and procedures.
• Proactively communicate with customers to resolve outstanding payment issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer accounts, payments, and transactions.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams such as sales and customer service.
• Prepare regular reports and analysis on Credit Control activities.
• Processing manual invoice and credit note requests.
• Returns processing and credit card refunds.
• Copy invoices and credit notes.

What you will need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Credit Controller.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using Credit Control software and MS Office suite.
• Keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
