Are you a skilled Credit Controller Administrator? We have an exciting temporary opportunity available for a talented individual with a well know business in Peterborough. This is a temporary to possible permanent after 12 weeks.
Your new role
- Conduct thorough credit assessments and ensure compliance with credit policies and procedures.
- Proactively communicate with customers to resolve outstanding payment issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer accounts, payments, and transactions.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as sales and customer service.
- Prepare regular reports and analysis on Credit Control activities.
- Processing manual invoice and credit note requests.
- Returns processing and credit card refunds.
- Copy invoices and credit notes.
What you will need to succeed
- Proven experience as a Credit Controller.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using Credit Control software and MS Office suite.
- Keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
