Description
Key responsibilities:
- Supervising a team of Credit Controllers
- Managing client accounts and handling financial discrepancies
- Reporting on aged debt and liaising with partners to drive collections
- Ensuring all procedures comply with company policies and regulations
- Providing training and support to team members
- Contributing to the planning and forecasting processes
- Driving continuous improvement within the Credit Control function
- Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Profile
The successful candidate requires:
- A solid background in Credit Control within the professional services industry
- Proven experience of supervising a team
- Excellent knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
