Credit Control Supervisor

Your new role
As a Credit Control Supervisor, you will have day to day responsibilities. These will include;

• Managing the Credit Control team, making sure everything is up-to-date.
• Overseeing the debt is collected effectively in a timely manner and, when required, chasing aged debt and other related queries.
• Preparing information for monthly debt reviews.
• Acting as a point of contact for any issues which cannot be dealt with by the Credit Control team.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience of management in a Credit Control environment.
• Experience using Sage or a similar package as well as good time management and organisation skills.
• Strong leadership skills whilst also having a \'can-do\' attitude.
• Experience of chasing debt via email and the phone.
