I am working with a rapidly growing, market leading business based in the heart of the Black Country. With several projects and process improvement initiatives planned for 2024, we are seeking an experienced individual to join them for an initial period of 6 months, to support and assist with these changes..
This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong track record in all areas of Credit Control, ideally with supervisory experience.
This role will have a hands on involvement across the function, and the successful candidate is likely to have experience in the following areas:
- day to day support for a team of Credit Controllers, with timely reviews on progress with issue resolution and collection KPIs
- maintaining your own customer accounts, with particular regard to more complex problem solving
- reporting on projected cash flow and aged debtor analysis
- advising the Credit Manager on areas of risk
- monitoring unallocated payments and liaising with other areas of finance & the wider business to resolve queries
This is a growing, vibrant organisation operating from recently refurbished offices near Dudley, and this role will suit an individual who is motivated & organised, with a keen eye for the needs of the staff within the function, both in terms of training and upskilling, and providing support when issues have to be escalated.
