In this instrumental role you will be responsible for developing strong relationships between clients and providing an efficient level or service and reporting. What will the Credit Controller role involve?
- Monitor Customer Accounts and address any discrepancies
- Extracting and manipulating data from various in-house systems.
- Using Excel to produce reports for clients and internal records and analysis.
- Liaise with other departments efficiently to resolve any queries and disputes
- Communicate ideas and improvements for the department
- Adhoc administrative tasks
- Build good relationships with customers
Suitable Candidate for the Credit Controller vacancy:
- Experience using Microsoft Excel.
- Outlook and Microsoft AX experience (Preferable)
- Committed to providing a high quality of service
- Excellent communication with the ability to effectively resolve disputes
- Attention to detail
- Strong problem solving and decision making with excellent negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet targets
