COMPANY PROFILE
An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for our client who specialise in the Technology industry. They are looking for a hard-working, conscientious Credit Controller to join their team.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Great customer service
- Proven credit control experience
- Great attention to detail
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and hard working.
- Confident telephone manner
- Confident PC user across Microsoft, Office, and Excel
- UK driving license and own vehicle due to office location
- Proficient in managing workload and working independently.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collect and reconcile credit notes and invoices owed to company
- Resolving accounts queries
- General administration duties
- Processing supplier invoices.
- Keep an eye on client accounts to make sure timely payments are made
- Communicate with clients about past-due payments and arrange payment arrangements if necessary
- Responding to telephone calls and email from customers
- Offering great customer service to all clients
- Ad hoc tasks as required
