The main duties include:
- Proactive debt collection service for the entire business
- Managing and chasing outstanding debts via telephone, email and letter
- Working towards cash collection targets
- Developing customer contact relationships
- Allocating cash and reconciling accounts.
- Resolving queries and disputes
- Issue of supplier statements daily.
- Producing reports for management
Our client is looking for a candidate who has:
- Credit Control experience
- Experience of dealing with large companies
- Good Excel skills
- Experience of working within a fast paced finance department
